Excellent experience.
Room was unexpectedly spacious and clean.
Services were very top notch and the bath facility was very nice and clean.
I have enjoyed my stay. The only thing is the bathroom
Can be renovated a little
Seeing mildew and darkened silicon on the bathtub was a bit off putting.

Poca higiene en los baños.
La recepción fue muy mala. Primero compré dos habitaciones con tarifa de desayuno incluido. Después compré otra habitación sencilla (para poder estar más cómodos) y no querían reponer el desayuno que ya había pagado en la reserva anterior. La recepcionista que me atendió no hablaba inglés y tuvo actitud grosera.
El desayuno es terrible.

Only three blocks from train and a block from bus routes to tourist attractions. Lots of restaurant options and shopping close by. Laundromat was a block away. Good toiletry options for free available in the lobby and the basics available in the room. Friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out process.

접근성이 아주 훌륭하였습니다. 인근의 큰 패밀리마트, 24시간 마트(프레스코), 대형마트(라이프)가 있어서 매우 편리하였으며 가라스마,시조역까지 도보로 가깝습니다. 1층 대욕탕도 훌륭하였으며 미쓰이가든 교토스테이션까지 수하물 운송 서비스(유료,1개당500엔)도 이용하였으며 아주 편리한 여행이 되었습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.
