"2泊しました。おそらく、2日目の日中にアメニティの補充があったのですが、事前にその情報がなく施設内の洗濯機で使ったタオルを洗っていました。使ったまま置いておいたら交換してくれたのかな？と思います。確認すればよかったです。"

"Very smooth check-in. The place was really beautiful. The location was good, too. Quick walk to the red brick area. 20 minute walk to the ropeway. We were there in June, and didn't need to use the fire place, but the smell of woodsmoke was there. During winter, you expect the smell of wood burning, for sure, but I was not expecting that in June. However it didn't bother us since it was kind of like staying at a camping site. Just wondered if this might not be great for some people sensitive to...

"We (family of 4, kids are teenagers) got the room with bunk beds. Very cute, clean and neat. Room is pretty spacious, big enough for us to open each of our either big or medium suitcase and still have space to walk around. The morning seafood market is across the street. We drove, but otherwise Jr station is just down the next block and local trams nearby as well. "

"Centrally located, great clean room with amenities like in-room washer & dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. Overall hotel was maintained very clean and tidy Staff were very pleasing, professional and ready to help in providing directions to site-seeing locations, shopping, transportation and restaurants in the Ginza. Breakfast selection was great with fresh breads, fruits, other dishes with vegan/vegetarian options."

"Hotel room is a bit old and outdated. Bathroom is very tiny despite the hotel is old. Location is perfect for dining, within walking distance to the Reb Brick Warehouse area and Hakodate Morning Market. Bus stops are nearby. Train station is about 10mins walk."

"The laundry room was easy to use and super convenient for longer trips. I was able to do 2 loads without having to wait. The room was spacious and I could open up two large luggages and still have space. The location felt a little more remote but is accessible to most attractions either by foot or by tram. "
