"The young lady at the front desk was very nice, even with a lack of the English language, however after that the nightmare began, no internet on Sunday and Monday morning so I could not plan my future activities and then it was too late to find another hotel, very unsecured property, parking lot had lights that never came on so had to stay up most of the night guarding our car, anyone can walk right in from the rear because the doors are missing the door strikes, when checking out the property...

"The hallway to the elevator had a bad smell. The main desk close all night. The room had one towel in 3 washclothes for 3 people fridge had rust all on the door and it was dirty floor in the room was dirty not swept and mopped properly only refunded me for 1 day and kept my money for the 2 day i didn’t stay and two other people was checking out of the hotel also will never go there gain only slept for like two hour. I checked out without take a shower"

"I had an excellent stay at Comfort Inn Suites. The room was spotless, and the customer service at the front desk morning, afternoon, and evening was top notch. The cleanliness of the entire hotel stood out; everything was incredibly well maintained. The amenities were great the WiFi was fast, and the breakfast was excellent. "Bring roach spray. Don’t bring your swimsuits. Health department closed the pool due to the ongoing construction. Don’t plan on eating the advertised breakfast it does not exist. I feel sorry for the employees. They were great. I’d hate to be the one to tell the guests no pool or no breakfast. The least they could have done would have been to let the guests know the above issues. Booked through Expedia. They wanted to offer a 25 dollar refund. Not interested unfortunately. "

"Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well."

"Property is literally falling apart. Definitely not up to what I would consider Hilton standards. Stands out as an eye sore amongst all other properties. The only one property that has not maintained beach / ocean accommodations and accessibility all other properties next to and near this location are kept and maintained immaculately with direct ocean accessibility."

"Hotel is currently under renovations which wasn’t noted on the web site. Hotel was noisy and unclean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful letting us out of our stay and working with Expedia staff to refund us. It’s a great location just not clean. Hopefully that’s because of the renovations happening. "
