"Location is perfect. Room was clean. There is no elevator,so keep that in mind. Walls are very thin, it's a very old building, so noises are heard from all over. Over all decent place to stay."

"I've stayed here many times in the past but it had been about 18 years since my last stay. Things were much the same. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean, everything works as it should. Even the wonky staircase is still wonky. Auberge are not hotels, they are basic... a place to clean up, sleep and relax while touring Old Quebec City. I was a little miffed that I had to go down to the front desk (from the 3rd floor) to get toilet paper for the shared bathroom... I expect staff to ensure supplies...
