"I read bad reviews along with good reviews toward this establishment. There are some truth on both extremes. In my trip experience, I found the staff at least the front desk was quite friendly at the time I arrived a bit late in the evening. I will try to be balanced on my review here, I talk for myself and other's experience might be varied.
Pros:
- The room was clean: the bed, the floor, the bathroom, etc.
- The location (read the additional note below): very close to several fast food joints...

"The breakfast was great, and it was calm there. Friendly staff!
The only thing I was dissapointed about was that when I checked out I was asked to pay for breakfast for my kids. When I booked i booked with breakfast, I thought.. so this was confusing for me.

"We were a family with 3 kids. The room was very dirty, visible dust everywhere. Low comfort. Dishwasher was broken. No internet. Our room was on the ground floor and the outside area was not usable, the furniture to dirty to use, ants everywhere and bushes not trimmed.The «hotel» charged us 140 euro more for taxes and refused to answer anything when we asked why. No cleaning the whole week. Before we left we had to by cleaning remedies to clean the whole appartment. In the pool no toys were...

"Nice, cozy, and in a perfect location. I’m coming back to this hotel because it’s clean, the staff is friendly, the mattresses and bedding are comfortable, and the AC works well. This time, I had a single room with a window facing the train station, so it was definitely noisy. But after a busy day, I could still relax and sleep well. The only thing missing was a refrigerator."

"Very poor services , I reported fridge and room phone not working , was ignored . Nothing was done about it . Customer service was really bad . We would ask for assistance and just ignore. Language bearer . Also we would go to bar area and would would have to look for attend , would wait there for about 15 to 20 mins . No one have have the decency of coming back to ask if we needed anything more !! Very very unhappy with the hotel stay ."

The second time it happened, I complained again to reception and another guest complained about the same woman when he asked for fresh eggs and she told him you have a lot of other food to eat! the manager then came...
