"Great hotel, had security and attentive staff. Breakfast included fresh fruit, breads, porridge and fresh orange juice. Room was quite spacious with large bathroom. Plaza Grande and historic area is 15 min taxi ride away. Local area was unsafe at night; staff insisted on taxi rides to go anywhere after dark."

"The hotel was very good overall. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We also received a room upgrade thanks to our Expedia Platinum status, which was a nice benefit, and the room itself was very spacious.
The only things I didn’t particularly like were the television, which felt much too small for such a large room, and a noticeable motor-like noise that could be heard during the night.
Aside from those minor issues, we had a very...

"The rooms were very outdated and not very clean. There was no air conditioner in the rooms. We had to request for fans which they did have. Saturday night, there was such loud music from outside it was so loud that makes it impossible to sleep. However, the staff were great and very friendly and helpful. The location was great. 3 minutes walk to the arts and crafts market. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful."

We were also provided with a free glass of wine with our dinner as part of our Expedia VIP status which was delightful. Mattress was very comfortable and we were upgraded to a king sized bed too. Very modern inside with lots of communal seating area that were tastefully decorated. Wish we were able to spend a...
