"Although it was Graduation weekend, the Pearl needs to work on some things. The key card to our room rarely worked, nor did the other 4 we were issued. Finally, we were given a "Master" that would open our door every time.
The toilet was running each time it was flushed; the sink did not drain, no hand towels and the shower/tub was dirty and chipped. I did not use it the 4 days I was there...disgusting.
The coffee Kurigs were not replenished, and the front desk was stingy when asked for more.
The TV had no directions and did not turn off with the remote. We had to turn down the volume and cover it with a bath towel for the night.
No extra blankets or pillows.
Parking structure took some time to figure out where the walkway to the hotel was located."
