El servicio de playa fue suspendido por falta de agua, tuvimos que regresar al hotel. El personal en todo momento fue muy amable, servicial y atentos, me ayudaron a recuperar mi sombrero.

Las instalaciones están muy bien pero tienes que caminar por que los carritos de transporte son insuficientes nunca los usamos incluso caminamos con maletas. Por otro lado falta tapar mucho algunas construcciones por las que caminas.

We stayed here strictly for the amenities. We like quiet relaxing restful vacations. So we liked that this was in the jungle away from the bustle. We didn’t intend to go off Resort. Although we did do the beach shuttle one day you have to put your name on the list for shuttle. They only have two so there was a bit of a wait in the morning that I had researched also. We were going to book a cabana on arrival however, we found out they had to have been booked before through the hotel app. We always choose resorts with lazy rivers it’s most suited for our family of 6 ages 4-40. Previous reviews talked about the food not being overly exciting and that was true. There wasn’t a lot of choices for kids that like the Americanized foods. Very Mexican buffet for that I gave 4 stars. The amount of pools and hot tubs was stellar. They also had an ice cream shop that we frequented daily. And we were not able to get a reservation in the Japanese restaurant because they were booked up immediately and the rest of the days we were there they were not open. Our room was a fair bit off the mountain so pushing a stroller was extremely difficult and I consider myself to be fit. They did offer golf cart shuttles, but they never seem to be around and I didn’t have the patience to wait. I loved the hot style room with shower and bath wet room. Would still recommend for families aside from the food at buffet but you can visit the restaurant in the tower for tacos and fries for the kids.

La comida es buena en el restaurante del snack y el desayuno pero en cuanto al de cena buffet pienso que podría mejorar, las instalaciones son limpias y tienen buen mantenimiento, la atención en general es buena pero aveces puede notarse que hay preferencia para huéspedes extranjeros no es gran problema pero es notorio, el club de playa está lindo comida buena pero hay un espacio pequeño para la afluencia de huéspedes al menos cuando asisti

The property is nice but Lacking staff. No waiters at the pool we needed to get out of the pool every time we need it to get a drink or snacks. also Not much of a variety at the buffet pretty much the same thing every day.

The resort was beautifully built into the landscape of the mountain. There were some parts of the property that could use updating but overall was very nice. The rooms were clean, spacious and the bathrooms were the same. The buffet was consistently good for breakfast and hit or miss at dinner. Pool side bar food was good with good options. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. It was very quiet and the pools were all very nice.

Unfortunately upon check out I fell on the concrete steps and broke my ankle, skinned knees and bruises. Perhaps railings around the steps and flower beds would be helpful

We had an excellent six night stay in Delta Hotels. All the staff was helpful nice and kind, especially Diana who helped when our daughter was sick. The pools were excellent.

Me encantó el hotel, ideal para familias, lo único es que les falta tener variedad en la comida. Hay una empleada no recuerdo su nombre que al estar atendiendo estaba muy de malas, era la que se encargaba de darnos snak en la picina de 2 a 4:30, pésima actitud, de ahí en más todo excelente

The staff was amazing. Very sweet and friendly. Super accommodating! Jorge being one of many! This is a great resort if you don’t plan on leaving anywhere. The food unfortunately is not the best and limited on times they make it available. From someone who has been traveling to Punta mita, sayulita, and Puerto Vallarta for the last 20 years, you aren’t really getting the experience of Mexico. The AC units also broke in my room twice. I had to move in the middle of the night and then on my last night the C broke in the second room. Will definitely be going back to Mexico. Just not this resort

I did like the quietness of the place and it’s a good place to stay with family. Although, they don’t have enough staff. They take forever to answer the phone at the front desk, the beach club is really small, but the bartender Manny makes amazing drinks, thumbs up Manuel!!

El hotel es súper bonito, varias amenidades para disfrutarlo a cada momento. Es importante saber los horarios de los restaurantes, albercas y entretenimiento para poder disfrutarlo al 100. El único pero que le doy es el servicio de meseros en el restaurante Media Luna, los escuche quejarse de que no les dan propina o muy poca, cuando las propinas ya están incluidas.

They need to get one kind of deal with cabs or taxis in order to go and visit places around the resort, like the towns or villages. The transportation around the resort is expensive and we can’t spend to much money for going around the resort.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE. This is the worst all inclusive resort I have ever been to. I don’t think they should be listed as an all inclusive. They only have one main dining area and the other Japanese restaurant you must make a reservation. The food is poor quality as well and staff is not friendly when preparing food, Also you have to wear a wrist band at all times that cuts into your skin which I’ve never had to do at an all inclusive . The cart service is poor, long wait times to go to places and they are not accommodating for individuals with disabilities. Uber protocol isn’t consistent so there was major confusion on our last day there and the staff bluntly lied to our faces. The cleaning service was very inconsistent as well.
