The splendid shop underneath the accommodation led us to believe it would be equally high end. Not so, I'm afraid. An underwhelming stay.

Malgré un départ 'un mardi!) un peu chaotiqiue... tout le reste du séjour - l'accueil, la serviabilité, la gentillesse - ont été remarquablement excellents. Merci beaucoup!

Quelques journées de bien-être

Séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé en centre ville de La Flotte où règne une ambiance à la fois familiale et festive grâce à des animations diverses (marché nocturne / musique). L'accueil est remarquable, par un personnel souriant, sympathique et totalement disponible. Je recommande particulièrement les petits déjeuners, copieux et délicieux, pris face à la mer...

Gîte agréable mais parfois bruyant en été

Très bel emplacement et accueil sympathique. Le logement est correct mais avec un équipement très succinct en particulier au niveau rangement. Les gîtes qui donnent sur la cour sont parfois bruyants (marchés nocturnes, passage des recyclage verres...). La cour attenante est très belle.

The location of this property was great. Very central and a great view of the sea with outdoor space to enjoy it. The property itself was a little tired and could do with refreshing.

No fan or air-conditioning. We booked 3 rooms one had a hairdryer and a kettle and mugs the others did not. I can appreciate in an old building the rooms would be different sizes but the room costs should reflect that, our room was extremely compact, one was huge with a separate bedroom and a walk in wardrobe the third room in-between size from the others, . The lovely courtyard was well used by us each day. Very close to daily fresh food market and right next to port and many restaurants

Pas correct

C'est un séjour au prix de 205 € pour deux nuits dans une grande chambre triple que j'avais offert à mes beaux parents, un Mr de 83 ans et sa femme, sur ces 205 € je m'étais servi d'une nuitée gratuite d'une valeur de 60 € que j'avais cumulé avec mon offre Rewards ce qui fait que j'ai payé 145 € . En arrivant à l’hôtel on a attribué à mes beaux parents une chambre simple au prix de 70 € la nuit au lieu de 100 € sous les toits sans climatisation, ma belle mère leur signale et la propriétaire n'a rien voulu savoir alors que mes beaux parents avaient bien tout les documents nécessaires prouvant que c'était une chambre supérieur qu'ils devaient avoir... Je suis agent commercial et je réserve tous mes hôtels sur Hotel.com et c'est la première fois que ça m'arrive, malheureusement c'est arrivé à mes beaux parents en pleine canicule sous les toits, bien entendu ils n'ont pas pu rester dans cet hôtel et ils ont dû payer une chambre ailleurs, c'est honteux.

Good room and shower. This was bed and breakfast with no other facilities, but well situated in an amazing location on the sea front.

L’appartement est petit mais très convenable pour 2 ou 3 nuits . Vue sur mer de l’appart Cependant pas possible d’utiliser la kitchenette car pas possible de prendre l’appart avant 15 h le premier jour et obligation de le rendre avant midi .
