We had an incredible stay at Tifakara! We would love to return the next time we visit Costa Rica. The property was far more beautiful, spotless, and magical than we expected, and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and their service made our stay even more memorable. There was an issue the first night. Electrical issues forced us to transfer to another local, unaffiliated property...which was not at the level of comfort and amenities we expected or had paid for. That said, the hotel went out of its way to correct the issue, first by upgrading our rooms, then reaching a mutually agreeable price correction. All in all, a great stay!
