One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something . I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"The hotel was close to the promenade, just a street back. Good outside space. Tea/coffee facilties a little wanting, not replenished enough, no milk. Breakfast good. Could be a water dispenser in the foyer for guests use."

"The room I checked into had visible mold on the AC. I am very allergic and this is very unhealthy. I walked down the street and found another hotel. After being told I would get a refund pending manager’s return the manager later declined. Manager is not agreeing to speak with me after several attempts visiting the hotel she seems to be available but then later the staff comes back and says she is in a meeting. This is unfortunate- I rarely give bad reviews but this was handled so poorly on...

"The rooftop restaurant was fantastic, with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and beautiful views. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The location was amazing, just one street from the ocean, with a beautiful beach club right in front of the hotel. Everything was conveniently nearby, making it the perfect place to stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back."
