"Hotel really catered to its guests. A/C in the rooms, lots of outlets which was very helpful, and the hotel bar allowed for water, soda, and alcohol to be easily accessible. The staff was so nice and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage and even bringing it right to the room for us before we got back from our adventures. The location was nice, more away from the touristy spots but near a beautiful overlook park and walking distance to train stations. Excited to go back!"

"We had a great 2 night stay. The hotel had decent AC which really helped us get through the Paris heatwave. The Deluxe room is unusually spacious for Paris and was a big draw for us. The room was very clean, although the carpet looked a little worn. The bed wasn’t too soft. The room faced an inner courtyard and was very quiet. The location is very close to Canal Saint Martin which was buzzing and lively because of the heatwave. In that direction there is also a lot of good food - we tried...

"The property was very clean. Upon checking and throughout my stay. Everyone at customer service was very friendly and polite m. They were also helpful with directions"

"Service à clientèle médiocre, aucun sourire et le personnel étais completement perdu pendant un alarme incendie et ne dirigeait aucunement les clients. La chambre est bien, il manquerais un réfrigirateur dans les chambres surtout en période de canicule. La chambre est propre, le déjeuner est bien. Un peu loin des principales sîtes touristique mais se fais bien en métro."

"Had a wonderful stay. Clean modern room, ours was with a balcony. Staff were polite and friendly. Very quick and convenient access to train station right out the front door of hotel for our train to London. We were out to about 1am but there was always someone there to buzz you in after they lock the doors. Also metro stop right around the corner. Would definitely stay again."
