"Staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful "

"Everything was okay but I just hated that we had to climb all the way to the 5th floor with our bags and stuff because the elevator was not fixed and they did not have that on the internet or anything like that before we pay for it. If they would have had that on the site before we pay I don't think we would have went there"

"There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and no response from anyone when trying to locate AirPods left in the room, which were tracked to the exact location. Disappointing."

"This place is very outdated and old! When we arrived our freezer had a busted beer that had never been cleaned out. The bathroom walls and trim were split n molded. There was only one light that worked in the whole unit. We were given one washcloth for 2 people for 3 days!! And when I asked the cleaning lady for more I was told I had to call but when I called there was just a VM and no one ever called back!! I could go on and on!! All you hear are other doors slamming all day and night. Every time the AC unit kicks on it sounds like the roof was going to fall In. We turned the temp up so it would just stop! The positives were the location is right on the boardwalk and has direct beach access. There are too many other options to ever stay here again. "

"The location was phenomenal. The room was basic and could be cleaner. The pool was amazing. Loved the tiki bar and beach access. My only concern was the parking. I waited 30 minutes to be able to get my car. I could see that it was a significant source of frustration for the guests. The elevator was also impossible. Luckily I was not too high in the building so we just took the stairs. I think that self parking should be considered if possible. It would make this place an absolutely dream. "

"We had a great experience with the concierge desk. Both Angelo and Chris provided us excellent service. We had an unfortunate travel delay and airport change that caused us to get in around 2 am. Both of these men helped to assist us in getting our luggage from the airport to the hotel, then to our room. The room itself was nice and cool, perfect for sleeping. The beach is a nice quick walk and plenty of places to eat near by. "

"Terrible stay. Staff make a lot of noise, banging the walls in other rooms when cleaning. Vacuuming outside the room in the hall way. Dialogue with other staff members in the hallway. Called the front desk and they told me they would escalate the situation. It was terrible. I will never go back . No breakfast included."
