"Easy access to town and beach. Good clean room and venue. Only about 25 rooms so nice almost empty pool area and sun loungers in the afternoon. Staff helpful and on hand most of the time. I would book again if staying in the area. Only slight downside. Amenities such as Tea/Coffee not included in the room price so take a small pot of coffee rather than pay their prices. "

"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! "

"The room is clean and the hotel has great view but the drinks and food are expensive and there is no a microwave in the whole hotel to warm up food. Overall, a good option for couple nights."

"An overall good experience. The room was very nice and the outdoor lobby area with the restaurant made a nice entry. Easy access to the beach. Cons: 1. Thin walls. We traveled as a group and we could hear just about everything from the paired room next door. 2. No designated parking, but affordable street and public parking was readily available within a couple blocks ($1/hr from 8am to 11pm). 3. The entry gate seemed broken the one night we left and came back while the restaurant was...

"Great hotel.. but wouldn’t let me get late checkout 😡"

"The staff is never there and almost impossable to reach out. There is this horrable smell in the room that won't go away even if you keep the windows and the fan on. Everything is the cheapest quality you can find. BUT at least you are 3 min to the beach. Only book if you can manage these conditions and look at it from a positive mindset. Oh and also our sink was clogged"

"Friendly and welcoming staff, and a nice beach location, although there was quite a bit of seaweed. Unfortunately, the kitchen and bathroom were not very clean, and the refrigerator and AC were quite loud, especially at night when kids were sleeping nearby."

"The room was dark and scary and the whole vibe was not good. Shady looking characters roaming around the property. This is the only accommodation in my life that I had to check out of 10 minutes after checking in, and I've stayed at all kinds of places all over the world. Unhelpful staff. The room smelled like smoke and mold and was decrepit. The worst experience I have had in a long while. Shame on me for not heeding the other bad reviews."

"We had a great time at this property. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating! They even offered a special gift for my little daughter’s birthday! This is our go to place when we come visit Miami."

"Bathroom shower had a leak that spread to the entrance. Ice machine was not working. Self checkout machine in the lobby was not working. Food and cocktails at the pool bar were particularly not good. The room itself, location, and access to the beach were very nice though!"
