Parking was expensive here -- $80 for a Jeep truck per night, which was way higher than expected. There a good restaurant within walking distance -- Italian, Mexican, American, Cuban. But no corner stores close by to stock up on pop, snacks, shampoos, day-to-day items like laundry or dishwasher pods. The shower had no shelves or places to put soap, shampoo, cloths. Now, having said all this, I'd stay there in a heartbeat but the parking fee needs to be lower (not an issue if you don't have a vehicle). The staff are great, the place is spotless, the beds are comfortable, TVs are new and great. Gym, business centre and other public areas are very well maintained and highly functional. Not much to see on daily walks but if you want to be in the centre of all the action you're likely staying in South Beach or downtown anyway. I really liked 72 Park. I hope the area grows as more and more people locate there to live and play.
