I don’t know what the room service is like because I didn’t get any. I had to clean my own room while I was recovering from surgery. I asked the receptionist why I wasn’t receiving room service? She told me I had to go through the third party that I booked through. I messaged Expedia (whom I thought was my booking party) but I didn’t get a response. I also saw a picture of a stove in the room I chose. There was no stove. There was a double iron hot plate with one eye smaller than the other. The plates didn’t get that hot. Some of my food was butchered because of the lack of high temperature. So I had to spend more money on take out because I could t cook properly. There weren’t a lot of plug outlets to use around the apartment either. I had to unplug one thing just to plug up something else. For example only one outlet in the kitchen with out a stove, and one receiver plug in the bathroom was ridiculous. The hot water was a ‘cross your fingers situation’ and there wasn’t any hot water in the kitchen. It was hard to get the dishes clean. There was still trash left in the room and spaghetti sauce on the wall when I arrived. The blankets were very thin with sharp edges that would scratch and cut you while you sleep through the night. The view from my room was beautiful. The beachfront was a very short walk with multiple food options. Now that was the best part. Valet was mandatory. Which was a little annoying but the staff was friendly and they made efforts to stay professional
