"My parents had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was perfectly located for their needs with a spacious, clean room with great amenities. Only small negative was breakfast which was not included, it was good but over 30$ daily. Overall, a great stay!!"

"The staff were wonderful, very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The suite was perfect for traveling with our grandson and he greatly enjoyed the pool. The breakfasts were well done and the Wednesday night snacks that were provided were the perfect end to a day. The hotel location was great for visiting all the attractions we came to see."

"The location of the property and the staff were excellent. There was only one elevator working and took a long time to get up or down with everyone trying to use it. The room itself was old, the couch had a big rip and the shower tub had a big stain and the faucet was barely working."

"Great location for everything Chicago. Very nice breakfast in the lobby to buy, French toast was our favorite. Extremely comfortable room, bathroom and bed. Front desk was helpful, caring and efficient. Internal fan was quite loud so we decided to keep it on rather than using the on/off auto setting like an airplane engine coming&going; does cover lake street train sounds though. Parking nearby at the university parking structure worked well, only $15/day. Views of the neighboring...
