The house is small, basically a single-wide manufactured home; but it has all the necessaries except a laundry and dishwasher which we didn’t need. It’s very clean, and the owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The bedroom doesn’t have its own HVAC, so we slept on the pull-out sofa in the main room. "The host is amazing. He has such great communication. The property was so nice and really clean. The beds were comfortable. He had nice complimentary snacks and water. I was able to do a load of laundry. Over all this place was very well thought out and our family really enjoyed the board games and the outside deck. We would definitely stay again. "
