"Staff friendly and helpful , breakfast varied and plentiful .Airport shuttle didn't arrive until well after our flight landed so we had to wait over an hour for the next one (if you land after 4pm the next one doesn't come until after 7pm ) .Rooms airy and spacious .This is a busy hotel so even though there are at least 6 elevators for each tower you may have to wait at peak times .Overall cleanliness was excellent ,we only stayed 1 night as travelling through to meet family outside of Manila but would recommend as close to the airport and quiet once inside and beds comfy "

"BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS THE BEST. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL. I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT THE HERITAGE FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS NOW. THE STAFF ALL THE WAY FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE MANAGEMENT, ARE VERY IMPRESSIVE. I FEEL LIKE I AM HOME WHEN I STAY THERE AND THE VALUE IS GREAT, NOT ANOTHER HOTEL THIS NICE FOR THE PRICE. "The property is fairly new, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to great shopping and food places in BGC. It is in a busy intersection and traffic jams are common during busy hours. The a/c is window type, which can be noisy to operate. "

"The breakfast selection was great, room was clean, and the amenities were good. Our queen bed room on the 7th floor had a great view of the church next door and its massive stain glassed windows as well as down the Main Street. The toilet in my room kept clogging which was pretty frustrating but luckily we had two rooms so we just used my kids toilet. Overall a good experience if you’re there for transitional stay as the airport is right next door. "

"After 3 weeks moving around the Philippines and staying in 6 or 7 different hotels this one was the best by far. Quiet air-con that actually kept the room cool. Quiet fridge. Airport view from room (always something moving to look at. Double glazing so nice and quiet. Hot water and drains that work. Close to all Newport has to offer. Helpful, friendly staff. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay there again. "
