"Front desk very helpful and friendly! The room was clean, and we got complimentary Filipino snacks and bottled water. The breakfast is very pricey and I paid for 3 people through my paid reservation online, but unfortunately the restaurant staff said that 2 people were only allowed and she said I have to pay ₱950 for the 3rd person that couldn’t come down, plus they didn’t allow me to take food up to my room. Overall, great service because of the front desk! Would come again."

"For an overnight layover this is a great place to get. Basic but clean, bed comfy, great and quiet location close to the airport. Coffee shop and 24hr seven eleven next door, which is convenient for necessities since hotel has no amenities."

"I always like this property. The only issue was most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work well. When plugging in my phone charger, the plugs would not hold the plug. it just falls out. Found only one outlet that worked well enough."

"If you are looking for budget friendly hotel in Cubao, Red Planet is for you. I mean this hotel really became my 2nd home in Cubao every time there is a concert or I just want to book a hotel near gateway for nothing. This hotel is superb!"

"Amenities wise, good. Only missinsg is the LAUNDRY SERVICE. I love that there is already Mang Inasal in the same building. As always, staffs are very helpful. Room may need to be FULLY TERMINALLY CLEANED as corners and under bedside tables were noted to have dust otherwiae cleaners are very responsive. This is I guess my 7th ot 8th times check in just this year and I will still stay in this hotel as they value their customers very much."
