"Long wait to check in. Aircon in room inefficient. Fridge unplugged. Power point at wall in dangerous state. Safe not working. New one provided but not secured. Only two clothes hangers in wardrobe. Limited vegetarian choice on breakfast menu. Kitchen did produce pancakes and fried eggs on separate occasions on request."

"The Hotel is too far away from the arrival area of the airport. A very long walk, using the walk bridge is not advisable."

"車が入れるスペースあるので、grab呼びやすい。24時間警備員常駐は心強く、一階にはセブンイレブンがあるので嬉しい。ホテル内にも飲食スペースあり。 意味の分からない英語があり、こちらが「？？？」とあると、フロントスタッフさんがAI音声を使用して日本語で対応して下さるので助かりました。 マニラ大聖堂など観光スポットは20分歩けば着くのは旅行者からは嬉しい場所にホテルがあると思います。"

"The hotel and rooms look tired and in need of a facelift. There is a cafeteria in the lobby which is a welcome addition. My room had a window and good view. TV picture was watchable but poor quality. I liked the BBC channel."

"The place is very accessible to all shops and restaurants. The place is clean, although with some concern, The ManagerJherome, was very warm and approachable help and addressed concerns. I would highly recommend this place if your around Manila and wished to shop. Thanks again"

"The room is clean and the staff are very helpful. We had trouble figuring out how to work the shower and i just called housekeeping and they sent someone to help us. After checking out, I asked them to book me a Grab going to the airport. The hotel is close to SM Aura, it's probably a 5 minute walk. I had a wonderful stay."

"We stayed 8 days. Given it’s a long stay I need the room at least vacuum and clean the washroom after 3 or 4 days., Requested to clean this suite. Vacuum and clean the toilet at least. But just tidying and change towels. My hair are still on the floor around toilet and the room. They forgot to replace toilet mat. Disappointing stay. "
