"The Eddy Hotel was such a breath of fresh air after a rough start to our trip. Everything was noticeably cleaner, brighter, and more welcoming. The staff made the experience even better—they were genuinely fun and friendly, which set the tone for the whole stay.
A special shoutout to Sam behind the bar—she’s an absolute gem! Her energy and personality really stood out and made us feel right at home. On top of that, the food was excellent, which made hanging out at the hotel even more enjoyable."

"I love small boutique hotels like this. Dina is an excellent host and a great cook for a breakfast B & B. Only comment was we visited during the hottest time and there is no a/c in the public space just overhead fans. Can't change that in a historic home though. Interesting decor and everything you could need to be comfortable, thank you"
"Great stay, great room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only things that were disappointing were that the sugar/creamer were wet or moist, so we opted not to use them. Plus, the adjoining door to the room next to us was paper thin. The people next to us blasted their TV until after midnight, which was extremely disrespectful and annoying. "

"This property is located two blocks from the downtown area and is a great location for exploring Tucson. Our bed was extremely comfortable! In the morning, there are well stocked coffee and tea stations, and the complimentary snacks were a lovely touch. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!"
