"It was a wonderful experience from the very beginning. It has a old world feel with new world vibe. It's very open, but at the same time, you feel the privacy. "The room bed was dirty as soon as we walked in and I went to do my on spray and wipe down the towels were dirty with a smell the bed sheets were dirty had to immediately call room service and they tried to tell us the room was just clean until we showed the big dirty stain on the pillow case and the blanket they had redo the room and took forever to change sheets cause all the sheets they kept bringing in were dirty and the toilet seat was too small for the toilet its was a horrible experience ."

Jairo and Eduardo were absolutely wonderful. I was greeted with a fruit drink upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was superb. There were so many delicious fresh fruits and juices. The hotel is beautifully maintained with on-site security in the evening.
