"M family and I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and the views are great. I was traveling with my 80-year-old mother and aside from a couple of steps the access around the property is really good. The best part was the staff. Everyone stood out as excellent and took a lot of pride in their work. By far the staff member he stood out most was Eric. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had every need met. Thank you Eric, we will always stay at this hotel while in Sayulita."
