"The location and amenities were EXCELLENT! The staff were very lovely and helpful but the check in procedure was a bit awkward and hard to understand. I did not want to upload images of my Drivers license before check in so maybe a different approach would be smoother. Otherwise if you are looking for a very accessible and very nicely equipped loft style apartment /condo steps away from Old Montreal you would be hard pressed to do better."

"There were 5 windows and an air conditioning/heating unit outside of each one that would continuously run during the night. Could not see out the windows. The entrance and stairwell were very dirty! The condo was clean, but the couch, couch pillows and throw covering the couch look like they have never been cleaned before. My husband went to use the hand towel on the wall and as he was using it, the entire towel rack came out of the wall. There were also some homeless people hanging around...

"I had a wonderful 4-day stay in Montreal. The location was absolutely perfect—within walking distance of the mural events, restaurants, bars, and only about a 2-minute walk to the main street. Everything was very convenient and easy to access. The host was excellent with communication and made the stay smooth and comfortable.
