"The fire alarm went off at 5:30am no one came to check due to the maintenance was not there until 8 We had to leave the hotel early even though we check in at midnight. I’ve requested hotel refund but no one has call me back waiting now"

"The entire lodging sections of the hotel is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. The carpet in the room is actually sticky, and frankly, disgusting. Whomever owns the facility lacks the understanding of the word CLEAN!"

"The room itself was spacious enough for my needs but here is a list of issues that I had: The drain from the bath tub was very weak. The bed/ mattress was pretty shot It was noisy until 10pm ish as the room was facing a major road. The outdoor spool looked nice and the staff was helpful."

I'm very grateful the Front Desk Staff's attention to detail. Room is always clean and fresh. Room attendant is always helpful. Breakfast is always Fresh, and lot's of choice.
