"The stay was great! Went for the weekend with my cousin. We arrived late at night and staff was very friendly, easy to navigate the place. Two dining establishments located within the hotel for dinner. The area itself was very nice and cozy. It was a 2 minute walk to the train. We would love to stay there again soon and bring friends with us. Would definitely recommend staying there!"

"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

"Location is great. The staff wonderful and helpful. Some features of the room, however, were a bit problematic. One of the light features in the air conditioning would hit the wall and create a persistent noise. If you’re a light sleeper it may wake you up throughout the night. The other issue we had was the hot water in the bathroom randomly stopped in the morning. The hotel staff got maintenance to fix it by the end of the day, but it was an annoyance. No eye contact, did not ask how many keys we needed, did not direct us to the elevators, zero customer service. "Rooms were very clean. Parking is not favorable if looking to park in front of the hotel. Additional parking is available in the parking garage on the second level. I will use this hotel as my go to for future Chicago visits."
