"Carlton is a very good hotel in a very nice part of Oak Park. But then again all of Oak Park is nice."

"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

"Sold my room after reserving and paying in advance. Will never forget getting into Chicago at 2am just for them to tell us they are full capacity when driving from out of state. No call or anything!! Very upset and disappointed"

"I booked the room with early check In request, along with Continental Breakfast, due to long drive from Canada to Chicago with a 3 yrs. Old boy. I arrived at counter, and asked him nicely to check my reservation. Without even looking my name and reservation info, He replied comeback at 3 pm. No hi no Good Afternoon nothing. I asked him to check in the system, He said No for early check in, we charge extra $30.00. Check in time is 3 pm. I came at 2:30 pm. But he refused to check the system....

"This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I left the next day. There is no one at the front desk during certain hours. The toilet was leaking from the bottom water was all over the floor. The employees are rude. People live in the hotel. People had dogs in the hotel which I’m allergic to I broke out in hives. The towels were dirty. I have stayed at other Extended Stays before this was the worst one. Strange people were walking the halls all night I did not feel safe at all. If I could rate this...
