"our room was clean and comfortable, although the beds are very high- I had to turn the waste basket upside down and use it as a stool. I loved the staff and it was a very convenient small hotel with a pool and hot tub, tiny fitness room , coffee and juice and fruit in the morning, breakfast is available but very marginal and there is a fee for that. I thought the location was great, midway between the airport and Stanford University."

"The wifi is horrible!!!! The ice machine gives no ice!!! When contacting staff about it, they said wait until the morning! When I check out!?! Why do I need the amenities I paid for when I'm leaving?!? THE ICE MACHINE!!!!... MAY AS WELL BE CONSIDERED A WASTE OF WATER, ELECTRICITY AND A WASTE OF SPACE!!!! ... I, being a bartender for 20 years fixed it!!!! Everyone else staying here is welcome!!! However... again... even though the property is clean and room is clean. The wifi and ice machine...

"Arrived earlier than expected and called to inquire about checking in early. I was met with a warm “sure, you can check in right now if you want” - no extra fee or issues. Staff were friendly, helpful, and showed sincere interest in making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Room was clean and well-kept. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area."
