"Clean room, extremely soft and comfortable bed! I can’t remember the last time I was on a spring mattress that was so soft, it felt like I was on a cloud! I came in late with my partner as we needed a place to stay during our travels and the gentleman downstairs was extraordinarily kind and sweet! He helped us check in and let us know of the complimentary breakfast in the morning which was fantastic! Cannot recommend this place higher! The ambience was amazing and their lobby was truly breathtaking, reminiscent of an old 60’s luxury hotel but with all the modern amenities!! If we’re back in the area we are certain we’ll stay here again, the staff are super friendly and helpful but that bed my goodness I wish I had it at home!!! "

"Hot water was not working. Got a good rest, waiting on motel 6 corporate to provide compensation / replacement of the room , was told someone would call me back but has not, so I will have to call back, again. Hotels.com gave something towards my account but no where near what I paid. It should be listed on the website and guests should be informed of this when checking in. I never got any notification of it. This really inconvenienced my travel. "

"Place was clean and queit and in great location. stayed here before and ALL the staff is awesome and the food was great as always. "

"Staff was great but I called ahead to make sure that the hot tub working ( a couple of days before I arrived) & was told it was. When we went to use it the water was warm ( not warm enough) but no jets. I called the front desk & was told that maintenance told them they’ve been waiting for ‘a part’ for awhile now & sorry. The hot tub was the main reason for my booking so it was quite disappointing."

"The room was dirty and took a picture there was like stuff on the floor, and the noise level was really loud, just overall terrible Moutain view aloft is way better and the shower would leak all over."
