"when I got there that asked me for a $100 deposit which they held for 2 days. expedia did not tell me they were gonna charge me that. it was an inconvenience for my trip. Also, they charge $10 for parking per night and their parking is not secure. could not join the breakfast they lock up the door and then they yell at you if you knock."

"I have never stayed at an AC by Marriott hotel before. What a nice discovery! It's now my favorite hotel brand. Friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to help their guests. Very nice, clean and well maintained facilities. Good breakfast. Free coffe and water. Nice area to work at the lobby and the terrace. I just can't remember anything that is not excellent."

"This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helped us navigate around the neighborhood, including close restaurants and Tesla chargers. The room & bathroom were incredibly clean, bed/bedding/pillows were comfy, and it was very quiet. Highly recommend if you’re staying in the Sunnyvale area!"

"We stayed here for the weekend and it was really nice. While it was not impossible, it was tough to find a spot for parking. Parking may have been filled due to pride month. other than that, it was nice, clean, friendly staff, and we would definitely stay again."

"The continental breakfast is great! It’s a city eclectic boutique hotel, with a nice pool, spa, fitness center and small game room. The rooms are ok. A little outdated. No smart TVs. The staff were nice but some seemed maybe new or in training. Very family friendly. Great location. We would stay again."

"When we arrived the front desk staff was helpful, it was unfortunate that the hot tub was down but our room had a wonderful soaking tub so it all worked out, we were amazed at how large and spacious the room was, very comfortable. Big downside was the refrigerator was barely working, like the things we put in came out warmer then when they went in overnight, the beds did make a noise every time you moved too. "The breakfast was ok, a lot of people and only one person helping, so a lot of food was not refilled. For the price, the rooms could be more nicer but it was clean. The bad part was the noise, we heard someone knocking like at 3am, unsure which room but it was uncomfortable and specially because it is located next to mobile homes."

"It is located in a convenient area if your driving cause, it's close to the freeway entrance and exits. Apparently, the walkways are't completely finished and i guess you have to notify them if you want your room cleaned daily. They never came to my unit once and I was there for 9 nights. The air conditioner makes a loud sound when heating the room. The water comes out of the shower head very very weak. There is no safe or refrigerator. There's alot of parking."
