We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was the last weekend it was open before closing down for the year, but the staff was still energized and helpful. Room was clean and property was nice.

Quaint, old school, Clean little place with beautiful flowers and a very clean swimming pool. The owner is extremely welcoming and nice. We will be back when we see our next concert at the pavilion. Totally recommend staying here. Good location to Weirs beach too.

The motel room is in good size. It is very clean and have everything you will expect for a stay. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have a very nice small garden. Beautiful flowers. The location is also very convenience; it is right in the corner of weirs beach and the boardwalk. You can get all the restaurants, shopping and arcade there.

The motel was conveniently located to Weirs Beach and the area attractions. It had outdoor seating overlooking the lake. Nice for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean, although a bit small. Beautiful landscaping, lovely flowers.

Nice experience

Great location- close to Bank NH pavilion and our concert. Room was very clean with microwave and small fridge. Bathroom was small but adequate. All the windows opened. The place had beautiful landscaping with views of the lake. Would only have wished for a coffeemaker in the room but was provided with a whole coffee station in walkway accessible to us all. Overall a great place.

A really sweet, down to earth motel. The owner was cranky with me about an error in my booking and I was uncomfortable with how much he held onto it. The gardens are stunning. The place is clean though the carpeting is really old and the room smell bothered me a bit. I was hoping I could walk down to the beach but there is no sidewalk. We enjoyed the pool and the other guests were nice. We were there for a Neil Young concert. I would stay here again for visiting a concert.
