"The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them...

The parking lot and grounds had quite a bit of littler lying around, and the round metal plates on the floor in the hall were sticking up around the edges, making it challenging to navigate with wheeled luggage. It was almost the cheapest place we could find, at the last minute, so perhaps you get what you pay for. No regrets, but also no frills. We don't quite know why it was rated 8.4 in Expedia. We would likely rate it 6.5 or...

"The place is being remodeled and "fixed" up. It didnt say this when I booked it. Hallways are full of dressers and cabinets. Everything is closed for renovations like the pool. Wasn't the best. The room its self was okay but there was no water pressure. I can spit harder than the water came out. It looked like someone pulled copper put the walls like 2 foot down from the ceiling. The bed was comfy that was the best part. Then at like 3am there started a beep. Not loud enough to keep us up but...

"This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better."

"When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on...
