"Was initially a bit nervous to stay in a hotel of this style with my kiddo, however the property was clean, the gate worked and I felt safe. Rooms were clean, well stocked, shower water got hot with no problems. Plenty of parking and spaces are convenient, and I was able to park right in front of my window. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Other guests and residents were pleasant. Very affordable pricing by night and in the early check in and late checkout fees. I would recommend...

"Very clean and cute. My only complaint is there is no microwave in the room but they will warm it down stairs. And my other complaint is there is no daily room service. Other than that it was a great stay. The location is a little questionable but it ended up being really quiet"

"The hotel was nice and the rooms spacious, the beds, sheets, and all that were fine. But the room had a strong musty smell. Also, the floor of the bathroom was not clean, so that when we stepped in the shower, our feet were black. The staff was nice, and seemed concerned, but the standard needs to be improved."

"A quite location just a few blocks away from all the busy! Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly and wanting to help with everything! The room was spacious and modern and very cozy beds! We will be back! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!"

"We enjoyed our stay immensely! Staff were awesome, music in the bar was mind blowing, rooftop bar was fun - but we were shocked by the amount of "TAX" that were added on to our stay - Amenity Fee, State Tax, Convention and Tourism Tax, City Tax, and a Parking Tax on top of the Valet service. It won't deter us from recommending the place, or returning - it was just an unexpected surprise."

"The restaurant staff was extremely slow. Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated on two days. We asked the bar for a mimosa that he never brought to the table. Some of the assistants do not understand or speak English. My dad gave one of the attendees a tip but only had a $20. Asked for change of $15. The guy wasn’t going to reimburse. A co worker had to cashapp my father the difference two days later. The parking is high for guests $45 per night."

"Great stay. I have been to New Orleans countless times. Have stayed in so many different hotels throughout Quarter and near the casino downtown. Had my favorites where I would continue to go back. Never stayed in Garden District. The hotel requires a taxi/Uber to get to the Quarter (though I'm from NYC and walked it a couple of times). The hotel was in great condition. Well maintained. "The room was excellent. Everything about it was top-notch. It actually had a washer & dryer, which came as a surprise. The price for parking & breakfast seemed excessive. A streetcar stop was right out front. All in all, if want to visit the French Quarter a lot, it's very nice."
