No tv in room no frig and no maid service during our 4 day stay. We were able to take towels down to lobby for fresh ones. Recommended for a no frills out of the main action type of spot. "I’ve never stayed anywhere like here before, it was so amazing and the employees from check in, to house cleaning, and ESPECIALLY room service are some of the kindest, most helpful, caring people I have ever encountered! My only complaint is that I think the hotel guests should have better access to the carousel bar as we did not get to use that since it was always way too packed and there were never reservations available so I just think that would be the only thing that would change the experience!"
