The coffee available throughout the day was very much appreciated. Learned only our second day in that there is EV charging at the back of the property. It was very, very hot so the water and bananas available in the foyer were also very much appreciated as they kept us hydrated and potassium levels up."

"The Hampton Inn & Suites in Yonkers was clean and peaceful. They're was plenty of parking. I spent one night there for my birthday. My room was upgraded to a Suite at no cost to me. Not because it was my birthday but because I did not need the two queen bed room I booked. The continental breakfast hit the spot. It wasn't too heavy. I would book there again."

"TV stopped responding to remote. We then attempted to manually change channels and power TV off from the unit controls. Nothing worked. We had to unplug the TV to turn off. Then it wouldn't turn back on!"

"Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid this hotel. Giving it 2 stars because the room itself was okay I booked a five‑night stay and had a travel delay, so I called the hotel repeatedly to let them know. No one ever answered. I had to contact my third‑party booking site, and they were able to reach the hotel’s reservations department, who noted my late arrival. Despite that, when I arrived, I was told my reservation had been canceled anyway. The front desk agent...

"The room was clean , but worn, headboard clearly discolored from wear and tear, cracked sink, shower faucet drip, a strange scratching grinding noise in the wall next to the bed. at night. The location suited our purpose for 3 nights visiting relatives in New City. Staff were responsive to our requests. Appeared safe. 3 stars"

"The staff was very friendly, so was the staff at the restaurant. They were great. We did have the provided breakfast unfortunately everything was cold. The coffee was tepid. The pastries tasted a day old. Bacon and sausage were good, again not hot so the eggs were awful."
