"Great experience "

"We checked in pretty late and checked out early the following day so we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities unfortunately, however the view to the courtyard and pool was nice. The room was fair but could’ve been clean a little more (residue on the headboards and hair in the bathroom). Upon our arrival, there was only one attendant on site with a long line of people and multiple phone calls coming in, I felt for the attendant because she seemed frustrated and overwhelmed. Before checking out one housekeeper barged into our room and another knocked on our door on a separate occasion. Other than this, our short stay was decent. "

"Room was very clean and very good size. Quiet. Easy access to many places in San Diego. Courteous staff. Free parking. I especially liked in the room that they have done away with all of the little bottles of shampoo and lotion and have nice products loaded in bathroom. Very good price. Wish they also offered free breakfast but the price makes this still a very reasonable place to stay. Carol T"

"Washing machine very older and not working "

"Breakfast was good and the fire outside on during the day and evening was wonderful. Pool was clean and warm. The staff was courteous. One thing that would’ve been nice is if coffee had been available in the lobby outside of the breakfast time which it wasn’t. They told me to go up in my room and use the coffee maker there. I really enjoy being able to get coffee in the lobby and sometimes sit down there as well working on my computer. That and the cups they have for water are paper cones, which are very inconvenient and can’t be set down. Nice hotel otherwise in the room was good size in our king suite."

"Comfy beds, nice rooms with fridge and microwave, water refill stations on each floor, complimentary breakfast, nice on sight bar/restaurant, 24/7 snack, etc. shop with good selection, friendly staff, easy check in and out experience."
