Hotel Murah di Ladera

"Check in was next door at the Quality Inn. So as Breakfast which was minimal. They were out of batter for the waffles and I asked if they were going to refill they said no because breakfast was ending in 15 minutes. They were also out of coffee and we had to wait 5 minutes for them to bring more. Tables were few and no one was wiping down until breakfast service was over. Doors in room did not close well to bathroom and we had light shining in from bathroom window all night."

"Giving my credit card and being charged to incidentals and takes days before charged amount returned to customer. I hate this business practice of almost stealing from customers."

"It was nice and contemporary. The downside was that there was a party happening in the pool area (food included), that crowded seating areas and with big kids hanging in the hot tub which was not expected at hotel, let alone Westin! Bathroom item just 1 little body lotion. And the biggest inconvenience is parking. Went around 15 mins just to find parking which we have never experienced at a hotel we paid to stay in. We won’t be returning due to this."

"We reserved a suite, but when we checked in, we were told that all suites were fully occupied. The front desk offered us a standard room with complimentary breakfast instead. Since we were expecting visitors and a suite would be much more convenient, we insisted on having the room type we had reserved. "Room and hotel were clean and staff were nice. The breakfast was outstanding, quality of the food and choices were awesome. The staff who managed the breakfast were extremely nice and accommodating, and kept the breakfast well stocked with fresh food and beverages. The only downside is a slight homelessness issue nearby. Staff had to manage the entrance closely during breakfast to ensure the homeless didn't come in for a freebie breakfast. That being said, we felt safe during our stay. There...

"Stayed here a few times in the past and it’s become my go to spot to stay when I visit the Bay Area. The location is is conveniently located near montage transit center. There a couple well known restaurants without n walking distance too. I wanted to thank Anna for her hospitality and warm welcome the last couple times I’ve stayed at the Ryan. She’s explained to me the hotel amenities and how to get into the city from the BART station. Exceptional customer service, thanks Anna."
