"What I will always remember about this very nice hotel, is that I drop my wallet on my way out of the hotel, in the street. Two hours later when I came back, one of the evening staff asked me if it was mine, and after proving it, he returned it intact. Berlin was our first stop for a one month trip. Loosing my wallet would have ruined it. He saved our trip, and the hotel was very nice."

"It served the purpose for cheap accommodation in a strategic location very well. However the hostel is massive and it is often home of chaotic groups of people that make the place unpleasant to live. "

"Modern hotel, with a large clean room. Looking out on the river (across the road, with a long section of the old Wall in-between), once you are a few floors up. Excellent selection of breakfast, though it does get very busy at peak times (as the hotel warns about). Large selection of restaurants just around the corner, in a plaza that also has a cinema, bowling and two live events venues (Uber Arena and Uber Eats Music Hall) <10mins walk to Berlin Ost (East) train station Recommend"

"Great room, a bit cramped for a family of 4 but the space was well utilized and efficient, which made the stay pleasant. We did not love the breakfast, but there are plenty of options nearby."
