"Navatara Hotel and their staff were exceptional. I was surprised by the service the day I arrived, and it continued to be exeptional. There were items like a beach bag, always plenty of water bottles, the room was always nice and clean, cool (AC). The breakfast was average but always plenty. "Extremely dark rooms.Staff can be helpful and next day completely ignore your requests multiple times in a row. Rooms aren't new and you can easily see that. Mould in the shower seals, dirty toilet, hair here and there. They aren't good at cleaning.
