"Room was comfortable for our one night stay. We are seniors and need more issues to be handled. Would have been nice to have a recliner in the room also a walk in shower."

"The staff person was clearly having a difficult time being kind or caring, at all. Very dismissive. Set a very bad tone for the visit. The room had a loud a/c unit and there were minimal towels. It was just a stay, it wasn’t a stay at a Hampton."

"At first glance we were impressed by the room but that changed the more time we spent in the room. The room hadn’t been really dusted or vacuumed in a while. The vents were coated in heavy layers of dust as well. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty, the two TVs had no remote controls and the creamer in the coffee station were spoiled since they expired 6 months ago."

"I checked out after seeing my room. The owner refused to refund my money! The facility was not updated as advertised. The pictures where staged. The appearance of the room was not even close except for the wallpaper behind the bed! I had to drive further down to stay at the Days Inn which was much nicer. Advice to future travels, keep driving! Very dirty!"

"Check-in was quick, and we were asked for a $50 refundable security deposit (booked through Expedia). Parking was plentiful, even during the last weekend of June with a World Cup match nearby. I inspected the room with a UV light, and the bedding was very clean. The bathroom was also clean, though there was a noticeable urine odor upon entering. A better disinfectant or room spray would have helped. The room was quiet with good sound insulation. The gym was limited, with no treadmill....

"I am normally not one to complain about anything however, the hallways and room at this hotel smell like mold and smoke. When we walked into the lobby upon arrival a guest was allowing her dog to urinate on the lobby carpet in front of the front desk rep and nothing was said to the guest. Carpet was never cleaned. Our TV had hardly any service during our stay, Maintenance came up once to fix it and the issue kept occurring. Our room key card had to be reset at least twice a day during our stay...

"I have been and stayed at this hotel many times, and it’s always been a good experience. Not so much bang for my buck. $250 for a bed for the night is, in my opinion, over the top, but thats just me. To that, I find the staff full of attitude and very unhelpful.
