"Ms. Christine was fantastic. We received a free upgrade to a room with a king size bed, which was adjacent to the common-share kitchen. The room itself was clean and classy. The open air courtyard was spectacular as we enjoyed the sounds of the quarter without the hustle of the crowds. However, we were quieted by the bumping sounds in the night as if some ghost was trying to escape. Great stay and highly recommended."

"I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton French Quarter and had a fantastic experience. The location truly couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the French Quarter, steps away from everything, yet the hotel itself feels comfortable and relaxing. The staff was outstanding friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions. Customer service really made the stay even more enjoyable.
