"I booked a king bed balcony and it was changed to a double bed room. I don’t get explanation or notice and was very disappointed. The staff wasn’t helpful in updating the room to the correct one and I had to stay in the same room with double."

We had room 600 and it was a large, well-appointed room with a private courtyard right outside our room. I would highly recommend Hotel St. Marie"

The hallways smelled, whenever i called down for anything it took 20 minutes plus & multiple calls. The hotel tub wasnt cleaned to standard & the fill in with the sheets were dirty. I was heavily disappointed"
