"The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. "

The biggest issue for me however, was there was fraudulent activity from the hotel on my credit card. They charged over $3,500.00 to my credit card several times, after trying to deposit a different amount to my credit card. "The hotel is located near many great restaurants and bars. The room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioning worked amazingly well. The staff were attentive and so accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. "
