"Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff."

"This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again."

"We liked this hotel a lot. We appreciated that it was close to the French Quarter, but also a little removed and quieter. Our AC went out, but the staff quickly had us move to another room where it was working. Very cool building and a great experience!"

"I did not like that you had to use 3 entirely different elevators from parking you use 1 elevator to the 2nd floor to check in. The. You use another different elevator to go to ur room. To get to the hotel restaurant you need to go to 2nd floor walk around the checkin area and take a 3rd elevator to the 3rd floor to eat. NOT A GOOD SET UP"

"The hotel is an older hotel and was very clean for its age. The pool area is amazing. love the swim up bar. the hotel is in a very good location. walking distance to some very nice eateries and to a great roof top bar. CON: only one i am afraid of cats and there seems to be a house cat that frequents the pool area this made me a bit uncomfortable."

"Destination fee was a farce. I had 2 rooms. I had one bar tab and could not use both vouchers because all the tab was charged to one room. Terrible!"

"It was good for a one-night stay. The room was clean. Comfortable bedding. No restaurant on site. On some floors, you go up a short flight of stairs to get to your room. Many food options nearby."
