"The receptionist at check in made us feel welcome the moment we set foot in the hotel and set the tone for the rest of our stay; very friendly, professional and helpful. Quite close to a metro station and about 25 minutes walk from Gamla Stan. Room was very clean and very adequate. Free water (still and sparkling) from machines in hallways on most floors. All staff we came across very friendly. Breakfast was superb with a good choice for all tastes. Thoroughly recommended."

"This place is spooky; squeaky floors. snotty receptionist! Worst of all, no bathroom in your room, it’s a shared one with the shower room on the other side. So if you have to go in the middle of the night, you have to get out of your room to do so. There’s no coffeemaker oven a thermos for hot water so, good luck to those who want something warm in the morning. i will not recommend this hotel to anyone, sorry "

"Honestly, everything was great. Breakfast was basically the same every day, but there were warm options—which I loved, especially since it was winter. The staff was very friendly. Plus, the location is super convenient with the tunnelbana (metro), pharmacies, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants nearby."

"Absolutely breathtaking hotel in the perfect location in Gamla Stan. If I could change anything, it would be the gym facilities are pretty small for a hotel of this size..but it wasn’t a dealbreaker - it’s 24 hours so if you can’t get in when you want (which happened to us on Saturday afternoon as there were already a couple in there), we just went down a little later on. We definitely hope to return again soon. "

"We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location-very walkable to all the highlights of Stockholm, as well as major shopping, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The staff is incredibly friendly and the room appeared freshly updated and extremely clean. The cafe downstairs is adorable and wonderfully stocked. Would highly recommend and would stay again. "
