"The property itself was inside was well organized and clean; however, first pulling up was a shocker. This was my first time to Naples so that seemed to be everywhere. The owners/property manager was amazing and gracious. The whole lockdown, traffic noise, and scared to walk the streets back to our place is what got me."

"Where to begin....it’s an apartment and not at all as described. We arrived on Sunday to no staff. We literally wandered the building until someone took pity and helped us. Exhausted we napped only to have the owner banging on the door (not using the buzzer system) loudly and aggressively demanding the tax money of 15 euros. He also informed us the toilet doesn’t flush most of the time and we had to dump the water from the AC. There were no onsite laundry facilities as advertised, no bidet, a...

"Good: Beautiful spot, great pool, nice kitchen, clean property, great view. Bad: 35 Euro fine print hidden "cleaning fee" demanded in cash at the end of our stay. Taxi to town costs between 20-30 euro every time. We spent 80 Euro on cabs in two days. Hard bed, not enough towles."

"We had to ring owner to get into apartment even though it stated that reception was from 6pm to 10.30 pm. There was no balcony in the apartment but yet it stated on website that there was. The apartment was nice and cosy but as I said the misinformation on the website was disappointing."

He took all precautions against COVID 19 to ensure his & our safety. The apartment was top notch clean & spotless. The beds were too firm for my wife, but perfect for me; best night sleep for me. Antonio was extremely communicative before during and after our stay. He even sent us a long list of his best dining/coffee recommendations around Naples!!
