"Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack"

"Family of 5 can’t fault anything from start to finish Welcome by front of staff lovely, rooms lovely, facilities lovely, food was excellent Great location peaceful and only a short walk (10/15mins) to loads of places to eat supermarkets etc, gale beach is a must visit, more sheltered in the cove than salgados (small train hotel run a life saver for tired legs) Will 100 percent be back and recommend"

Ein Baby Pool und ein Kinder Becken mit Piraten Schiff welches mal wieder etwas Pflege bekommen könnte. Am letzten Tag war eine Riesen Veranstaltung die das Hotel aber gut gemeistert hat und man als Gast nicht viel Abstriche machen musste. Restaurants waren geschlossen wegen dieser. "It was a great resort, all of the food was incredible and the Ocean restaurant (2 Michelin stars) was incredible. At the time I was pregnant and they were so accommodating on changing items as I needed to. The resort itself was impeccably managed and the staff supremely helpful in getting reservations, spa appointments and general needs. The breakfast was also great as it was included. It’s our second time and we enjoyed it again so much, The rooms are vast and airy, the decor is so Algarve, the bed is confortable, the pool is wonderful, the location is unbeatable,having a drink at AIR right by the beach was memorable. Dinner at sunset at PAPERMOON restaurant was delightful. The only complaint is that all the food us much too salty. Our group of 8 was unanimous. Super hotel but extremely salty food."

"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. "Le personnel à la réception est très serviable et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner excellent, copieux et varié, de bons produits. La personne de la conciergerie parle couramment français et nous a conseillé et réservé des restaurants très variés pour le diner. Le service parking et voiturier est très pratique. La piscine, les transats et parasols en bon état. La mer St Raphael est proche de l'hôtel. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu découvrir d'autres plages."
