"We had to change rooms because there were ants in the room. There was a lot of construction going on which would have been nice to be made aware of. The view in our new room was beautiful. The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom floor was very dirty. There were also bugs in the new room too. It was disappointing."

"You really couldn’t ask for a better resort with young children. I have seen this hotel for years and it definitely lived up to the hype. My two kids never ran out of stuff to do. We had a three bedroom villa and it was absolutely perfect. I really enjoyed the seafood pasta at both restaurants and the kids menus were diverse to cater to any preferences. We spent a lot of time at the resort, but also left to go to neighboring towns and it is a beautiful area to explore if you have a car."

"I’ll start by saying it may just be our North American standard of a 5 star to be impeccable in all areas but this hotel was not that. The staff were 5 star amazing and accommodating and helpful but otherwise this hotel would fall in a 3 star rating.
Our first apartment was disappointing in that the shower had a spraying leak, the tub wouldn’t plug to bath our son, the toilet had a crack/leak, the safe didn’t work, the espresso machine didn’t work, the laundry did not work, you could not shower...

"This was a lovely hotel with very attentive staff and smartly located across from the marina. We could walk to everything we wanted to do: the marina, the beautiful beach, the stunning cliff walks and the charming old town. Our room was very comfortable and hands down this hotel offers the best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had included with your room price. We will definitely come here again!
