Me hicieron un cargo extra, la habitación estaba horrible, sábanas sucias, cuarto sucio, la cortina de baño no quedaba, no había toallas limpias, la cama estaba húmeda y el personal solamente se limitó a decir que no podían hacer nada qe la ocupación estaba al 100%. "

"Breakfast was the usual, boiled eggs, toast, cereal, waffles, fruit. Very clean kitchen area and staff was nice. No pool updating, Rented the jacuzzi room no plug for tub provided. Needs upgrades, clean but everything worn out."

"The hotel is a bit outdated you can definitely tell. I stayed for 3 nights, and overall it wasn’t my best experience. The pillows were extremely soft and would completely deflate, which made it hard to sleep. I’m not sure if it was the bed or the pillows, but I didn’t get much rest. You can also hear noise from neighboring rooms pretty clearly. The bathroom lighting could be improved, and there was a noticeable chlorine smell when showering. I’m also used to hotels including breakfast, so that...

"Even tho staff was nice. I rate this a 1 star. I disliked my stay, couldn’t wait till the night was over to leave. I had asked for a non smoking room and it smell like smoke as soon as I walked into room. Bedsheets were dirty. Seemed like someone was in that room before we arrived. Did not enjoy my stay at all!
