"Haven’t stayed at an Embassy Suites for years! This was just as I remembered… loved it! Stay was great all around and if you are in Albuquerque I would ONLY stay here! It’s safe, clean, and relaxing! "

"Booked the highest tier room and it was nice but plagued by a circuit failure that left us without a refrigerator, coffee maker, and functioning outlet in the bathroom. The front-desk phone was out (or so we were told) so we had to rely on text and the response time was completely inadequate. They did offer to move us in the evening but that was too big a hassle so we did without. Got coffee in the morning downstairs and 2 modestly sized, lukewarm, not that great coffees set us back $16+. At least they sent us a snack in the afternoon as a goodwill gesture."
