"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property appeared neglected and almost abandoned, with rooms in extremely poor condition and far below what was advertised online. The hotel had a severe mosquito and insect infestation that made it impossible to enjoy the property. My family was constantly bitten, including my son, and we even found insects in the room and on the beds. The situation was not only uncomfortable but also a serious health and safety...

"The place was wonderful. No traditional “check in” process as much as someone meeting us at the front door. She was nice and helpful and got us to our room. Room was fantastic, rooftop pool was fairly dirty but it is the off season. The view from the top was wonderful and it has a comfy, covered hangout space. Everything in the room worked great and was comfortable. The room facing the street was pretty loud late into a Saturday night, but the room on the other side was quiet."

Solamente que nuestra habitación estaba cerca de la recepción y la verdad se escuchaba ruido, platicas, además el restaurante pone música en los altavoces y todo el día de escucha en la habitación lo que no te hace sentir desconectado, (por el lugar en el que se está). "This hotel was so lovely. We had a gorgeous room with such a nice view, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the food was consistently good and the lagoon pontoon was beautiful with kayaks and SUPs free to use. We had such a nice time, thank you!"
